What does yoga have to do with healthy living?

You build, strength, muscles, flexibility, detox your organs, and help your stress levels.

What levels of Yoga will be available?

We will focus on each individual person and adjust the class as we need be. Alternate positions will be shown in each class. We have Yoga for all ages.

Can I book a private group session?

Yes. See Yoga Instructor for more information.

What if I'm not flexible?
